Return and Exchange policy


We believe in 100% Customer Satisfaction and therefore we offer a 30 Days return policy. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can simply return it within 30 days from the date of delivery.

You can also exchange your item within 30 days from the date of delivery. The new item should be of equal or lower value than the item that you would like to return for an exchange. You would need to contact us so that we can guide you with the return/exchange process.

Terms and Conditions:

  • A return/exchange request should be raised within 30 days from the delivery date. Requests raised after 30 days do not qualify for a return/exchange.
  • The products must be returned in an unused, unwashed and undamaged condition with all the tags and with packaging intact. Refund/exchange will be issued only once the product reaches our warehouse and once our team does a thorough quality check of the product(s).
  • Product(s) with missing tags and those that have been used, washed, damaged and which are not in the original packing will not be accepted for a return/exchange.
  • Any free gifts associated with the purchase must be returned as well.
  • We will provide a return label if the return/exchange is due to a shipping error on our part or if you have received a damaged product. In all other cases, we expect the buyers to take care of return shipping. 
  • Once you return the product(s), please email us the return Tracking Number and your Order Number. Refunds/Exchange requests cannot be approved if the return Tracking Number is not provided. We need this number to verify that the product(s) have been delivered in our warehouse.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We Do Not Accept Returns/Exchanges or Refund For:

  • Used Clothes, damaged by your clothes, etc
  • Sale items, Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

When and how will I receive my refund:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • The refund amount will be credited to the bank account credit/debit card which was used when placing an order.
